Maureen Temchuk, Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, will begin a temporary maternity leave on or about March 30, 2026. Her leave is expected to continue until approximately July 6, 2026. Ryan Greenier, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of Interim Chief Accounting Officer during this period. Mr. Greenier, 44, has been EVP and CFO since 2024 and has a strong background in finance and accounting, including prior roles as Deputy CFO and Chief Investment Officer at Horace Mann, and experience at The Hartford and Deloitte and Touche. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut. No changes to Mr. Greenier's current compensation arrangements are noted for this interim role. Maureen Temchuk is expected to return to her position as Chief Accounting Officer after her leave.
