HIVE Digital Technologies signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with an investment-grade Swedish technology company. The agreement covers a lease term of up to 10 years for the company's 32 MW facility in Boden, Sweden. The project targets a usable critical IT load of approximately 25 MW. The facility will be retrofitted to support up to 10,000 GB300 GPUs using hybrid direct-to-chip liquid cooling and air cooling. The deal aims to transition the site from legacy GPU mining to high-performance computing (HPC) colocation.
