Hexcel Corporation completed the redemption of all outstanding 3.950% Senior Notes due 2027. The total aggregate principal amount redeemed was $400 million. The redemption was funded using net proceeds from the previously announced $400 million issuance of 4.900% Senior Notes due 2031, supplemented by cash on hand.
