Shareholders elected Wayne Burks as a Class B director and Jay Madhu, Peter Politis, and Anthony Saravanos as Class C directors. The appointment of Forvis Mazars, LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2026 was ratified with 11,092,370 votes in favor. Executive compensation was approved on an advisory basis with 7,121,861 votes in favor.
