Graco Inc. has appointed Sanjiv Gupta as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective April 15, 2026. Mr. Gupta, age 52, joins Graco from General Motors, where he served as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, GM International, and held various other finance and operational leadership roles over 20 years. He brings extensive experience in global finance, operations, strategic planning, manufacturing, supply chain, and financial planning and analysis. Mr. Gupta's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $575,000, an annual incentive bonus target of 75% of his base salary, and a one-time cash bonus of $65,000. He will also receive a sign-on award of stock options valued at $1,175,000 and an equity award valued at $1,400,000 (comprising $1,120,000 in Restricted Stock Units and $280,000 in stock options) to replace forfeited equity from his prior employment. David M. Lowe, age 70, will retire as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, a role he has held since June 2021, after more than 30 years with Graco. Mr. Lowe will remain with the Company in a non-executive capacity through May 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.
