GPT Group's September 2024 quarter update shows strong performance across its investment portfolio. Total occupancy reached 97.9%, with a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 4.5 years. Retail portfolio occupancy was 99.7% with a WALE of 4.0 years and 414 deals completed. Office portfolio occupancy was 92.0% with a WALE of 4.8 years and 112,900 sqm leased. Logistics portfolio occupancy was 99.3% with a WALE of 5.3 years and 103,200 sqm leased. Funds from Operations (FFO) guidance for 2024 is reiterated at approximately 32.0 cents per security, and a distribution of 24.0 cents per security.
