Global Water Resources reached a settlement agreement regarding the rate case for its subsidiary, GW-Santa Cruz. The company will withdraw the rate case application for its subsidiary, GW-Palo Verde, with plans to refile in 2027 using a 2026 test year. GW-Palo Verde will seek to increase customer bill credits related to the Southwest Plant. The settlement agreement is expected to be filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) on April 28, 2026. Settlement testimony is scheduled for filing on May 22, 2026.
