The Board of Directors of Global Indemnity Group, LLC has been expanded from seven to eight members. Michele Ann Colucci has been appointed as a Designated Director effective May 18, 2026. The appointment was made by the Class B Majority Shareholder, the Fox Paine Entities. Ms. Colucci previously served as a director for the company from 2019 to 2021. Her term is set to continue until December 31, 2026.
