The fund continues to operate under the established succession plan implemented by GAMCO Investors, Inc. on March 22, 2026. Day-to-day operations are managed by co-CEO Douglas R. Jamieson and President Christopher J. Marangi. Portfolio management for the fund is currently led by Co-Chief Investment Officers Kevin V. Dreyer and Christopher J. Marangi.
