Alfred F. Hurley, Jr. will retire from the Board of Directors at the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting on May 29, 2026. Mr. Hurley has served on the Board for ten years since June 2016. The departure is not due to any disagreement with the company, management, or the Board. Nancy Dubuc will succeed Mr. Hurley as Chair of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee following the meeting.
