The total purchase price for the property is $28,800,000. The buyer, an affiliate of Regency Centers Corporation, has provided an initial $1,200,000 deposit. The agreement includes a 120-day initial due diligence period, with an option for the buyer to extend for up to nine additional months at a cost of $50,000 per month. The transaction is expected to close no later than August 15, 2027.
