Cornelius Connie Russell has been elected as the new Chair of the Board of Directors for The First Bancorp. Mr. Russell has been a member of the board since 2014. The appointment follows the retirement of Bruce Tindal, who served as Board Chair since 2023. The transition was effective as of April 29, 2026.
