Net income reached a first-quarter record of $9.6 million, up 37.8% from $7.0 million in Q1 2025. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to $0.70, compared to $0.51 in the prior-year period. Net interest margin (NIM) expanded by 39 basis points to 3.42%. Total deposits grew 4.1% year-over-year to $2.81 billion. Total loans increased 3.9% to $2.68 billion. The efficiency ratio improved significantly to 60.08% from 66.79%.
