Gregory M. Larson, Vice President Accounting & Controller, resigned from his position effective June 23, 2026. The resignation is not due to any disagreements regarding company operations, policies, or practices. Marcel Teunissen, the current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has assumed the duties of principal accounting officer on an interim basis. The company has initiated a search for a permanent replacement for the Vice President Accounting & Controller role.
