Sandra Gurrola, Senior Vice President of Finance, has resigned from her position effective July 3, 2026. The resignation is not due to any disagreements regarding company operations, policies, or practices. Ms. Gurrola will provide part-time transition assistance of up to 10 hours per week through the filing of the Q2 2026 Form 10-Q. The company has initiated a search for a successor and will utilize outside support for finance and accounting in the interim.
