Michael Blecic has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Viskase Holdings, Inc., effective April 10, 2026. Mr. Blecic will retain his existing roles as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer. Joseph D. King has been appointed as Executive Vice President, while continuing his duties as General Counsel and Secretary. The appointment of Mr. Blecic concludes the interim CFO service provided by Mackenzie Stenders through Silverman Consulting, Inc.
