Energy Fuels Inc. is appointing Mr. Ross Bhappu as President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director, effective April 15, 2026. This appointment is consistent with the company's previously announced succession plans and Mr. Bhappu's existing employment agreement. Mr. Mark Chalmers, the current Chief Executive Officer, will retire on April 15, 2026, as planned, and will also resign from his Director position. Mr. Chalmers will continue to serve as a consultant to the company exclusively for two years post-retirement to support Mr. Bhappu and others with current and future growth initiatives. Mr. Bhappu, age 65, brings over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, including nearly 25 years with Resource Capital Funds, where he provided technical and financial evaluation and support. His extensive background includes serving as Director of Business Development at Newmont Mining Corporation and being instrumental in the acquisition of Mountain Pass, the only operating rare earth mine in the U.S.
