Mark A. ONeill will step down from his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc. and Opportunity Bank of Montana. His cessation of service as Chief Lending Officer and executive officer is effective March 10, 2026. Darryl Rensmon, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, will assume Mr. ONeill's Chief Lending Officer responsibilities on an interim basis, effective March 10, 2026. Mr. ONeill will remain employed by the Company and the Bank, transitioning to the role of Vice President / Business Development Officer. This transition is intended to provide additional support for the Company’s strategic market initiatives. The change was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
