Myseum.AI, formerly DatChat, Inc., has been accepted into the AMD AI Developer Program to accelerate its artificial intelligence development. The company increased the annual salary of CTO Peter Shelus from $275,000 to $350,000, effective April 17, 2026. The company filed an amendment to a prospectus supplement for the potential sale of up to $2,754,500 of common stock under an existing Sales Agreement with The Benchmark Company, LLC.
