Dan Leboffe has been reappointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately as of April 30, 2026. Dan Leboffe previously served as the company's CFO for over four years until March 17, 2026. Deborah Casper-Stone will transition to the company's Advisory Board and provide limited consulting services for financial reporting.
