Maura Topper has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of CrossAmerica GP LLC, the general partner of CrossAmerica Partners LP, effective March 2, 2026. Ms. Topper previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of the General Partner. Charles M. Nifong, Jr. departs from his role as President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors, effective March 2, 2026, after serving since November 2019. Mr. Nifong will transition to the executive management team of Dunne Manning Holdings LLC, an affiliate of the General Partner controlled by Joseph V. Topper, Jr. Jonathan E. Benfield, Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the General Partner, effective March 2, 2026. Ms. Topper's annual base salary increased to $500,000, with her target short-term incentive opportunity remaining at 50% of base salary. Mr. Benfield's annual base salary increased to $325,000 for his interim role, with his target short-term incentive opportunity increasing to 50% of base salary. The Topper Group, affiliated with Joseph V. Topper, Jr., determines the compensation for the Partnership's executive officers.
