Alejandro (Alex) Alcala has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Crane Company, effective April 27, 2026. Max Mitchell, the former President and CEO, has transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Alcala has also been appointed to the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. The transition follows a previously disclosed succession plan announced on January 26, 2026.
