William Concannon will retire from the Board of Directors effective July 16, 2026, following the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Christine Detrick has been appointed as the new independent Lead Director, effective July 16, 2026, subject to her re-election at the Annual Meeting. Mr. Concannon served on the Board for 26 years and as Lead Director since 2020. Ms. Detrick has been a Board member since 2020 and currently chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
