Constellation Brands announced its first fiscal quarter 2027 results, showing improved financial performance compared to the previous year. The company reported diluted EPS of $3.79, a 31% increase year-over-year, and comparable EPS of $3.43, up 7%. Net sales for the quarter were $2,433 million, a 3% decrease on a reported basis but flat on a comparable basis. Operating income saw a significant increase of 18% to $845 million on a reported basis and 6% to $834 million on a comparable basis. The Beer segment delivered net sales growth of 2% and operating income growth of 2%, driven by increased shipments and favorable pricing.
