The webinar will discuss the proposed business combination involving CSTA, HiTech Minerals, and US Elemental Inc. (PubCo). The combined entity, US Elemental, intends to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol 'ULIT'. The project centers on the McDermitt Lithium Project in Oregon, which claims a 21.5 million tonne LCE mineral resource. The project has an estimated 63-year life and a reported $3.2 billion post-tax NPV (8%) based on a 2024 Pre-Feasibility Study.
