Bilge Ogut resigned from the Concentrix Board of Directors effective April 29, 2026. The resignation follows a transaction by Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL) that reduced its beneficial ownership of Concentrix common stock. The reduction in ownership fell below the Board Nomination Threshold established in the March 29, 2023, Investor Rights Agreement. The Investor Rights Agreement was originally established in connection with the September 2023 acquisition of the Webhelp business.
