Michelle Burke resigned as Co-CEO and director of Z Squared Inc. effective May 22, 2026. The resignation was not due to any disagreements regarding company operations, policies, or practices. David Halabu, who served as Co-CEO since April 24, 2026, has transitioned to the role of sole CEO. Michelle Burke is returning to Minting Dome, Inc., and the existing Master Services Agreement with that entity remains in effect.
