Andrew Levin has resigned from the Board of Directors of Climb Bio, Inc., effective immediately as of June 29, 2026. Breanna O'Reilly, Ph.D., has been elected as a new member of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Dr. O'Reilly's term will expire at the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. She will receive compensation as a non-employee director, including a stock option grant for 70,284 shares at an exercise price of $13.36, vesting over three years. Dr. O'Reilly will also receive annual cash retainers of $40,000 and annual equity grants.
