David L. Bumgarner, age 61, has been promoted from Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The promotion is effective as of the close of business on May 27, 2026. Mr. Bumgarner has served as the company's CFO since April 2019. Compensation and benefits remain consistent with existing executive practices and the disclosures made in the March 27, 2026, Proxy Statement.
