Natella Novruzova has been appointed as the new Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and Principal Accounting Officer of ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. The appointment is effective as of April 14, 2026. Ms. Novruzova takes over Principal Accounting Officer duties from CFO Mansi Khetani, who will continue to serve as the Principal Financial Officer. Ms. Novruzova has been with ChargePoint since June 2019, previously serving as Vice President, Corporate Controller. Her compensation package includes an annual base salary of $355,000 and a target bonus opportunity of 40% of her base salary.
