He also held senior leadership roles at Workday, SAP, and Oracle. The Board determined Mr. Schweitzer is independent according to SEC and Nasdaq standards, with no family relationships or arrangements for his appointment. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee was reconstituted, with Teri Williams becoming chairperson, and Mr. Eilam and Mr. Schweitzer joining the committee. Mr. Wei will no longer serve on this committee. The appointment aligns with CCC's strategy to further accelerate its platform and AI initiatives within the insurance economy.
