Shareholders voted on five key proposals during the 2026 Annual Meeting. All eleven nominated Trust Managers were elected to one-year terms. Executive compensation was approved on an advisory basis. Deloitte & Touche LLP was ratified as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2026. The Amended and Restated 2018 Share Incentive Plan and the 2018 Employee Share Purchase Plan were both approved.
