California Water Service Group (CWT) announced the promotion of two key executives effective July 1, 2026. Tamara S. Johnson is promoted to the newly created role of Vice President, California Operations. Gregory D. Shimansky is promoted to Vice President, Rates and Regulatory Affairs, succeeding the retiring Greg A. Milleman.
