Mark Mossler will cease serving as Chief Accounting Officer effective May 15, 2026. The departure is not due to any disagreements regarding financial reporting, operations, or company policies. Kendra R. Adams, the current Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Affairs, and Treasurer, has been appointed as the new principal accounting officer. Ms. Adams will not receive additional compensation for this expanded role.
