BTCS Inc. dismissed RBSM LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm on March 30, 2026, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee and approval by the Board of Directors. There were no disagreements on accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure between BTCS Inc. and RBSM LLP during the years ended December 31, 2025, and 2024, and the subsequent interim period through March 30, 2026. Forvis Mazars, LLP was appointed as the new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, effective March 30, 2026. Neither BTCS Inc. nor any party on its behalf consulted with Forvis Mazars, LLP regarding accounting principles or audit opinions prior to the appointment, nor were there any disagreements or reportable events with Forvis Mazars, LLP.
