Brag House Holdings, Inc. entered into Amendment No. 4 to its merger agreement with House of Doge Inc. The amendment extends the outside termination date for the merger from May 29, 2026, to June 30, 2026. This is the fourth amendment to the original merger agreement, which was first signed on October 12, 2025.
