Robert Hickey will resign as Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, and Executive Vice-President effective May 1, 2026. Mr. Hickey will transition to a Senior Legal Advisor role until his formal retirement on December 31, 2026. Elizabeth Abdoo, currently a Senior Legal Advisor at the company, will assume the roles of Chief Legal Officer and Secretary effective May 1, 2026. The transition includes a letter agreement providing for a one-time cash award of $338,583 and the accelerated vesting of 57,945 restricted share and performance share unit awards upon retirement.
