Kurt Sievers, former President and Chief Executive Officer of NXP Semiconductors N.V., was appointed to the Board of Directors of Booking Holdings Inc. on April 1, 2026. Mr. Sievers will join the Board's Corporate Governance Committee. Lynn Radakovich has decided to retire from the Board, effective at the Company's Annual Meeting in June 2026, and will not stand for re-election. Mr. Sievers brings decades of global experience at the intersection of technology, mobility, and global consumer markets, having previously led major initiatives including acquisitions and mergers at NXP.
