Bioforce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (BFNH) has been assigned federal oil and gas leases for approximately 19,957 acres in the White River Valley, Nye County, Nevada. The leases are pending approval from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The leased land targets prospective hydrocarbon formations including the Chainman Shale, Pilot Shale, Ely Limestone, Guilmete Dolomite, Simonson Dolomite, and Joana Limestone, which have shown commercial production in nearby areas. The company plans to commence development activities, which may include geological studies, seismic surveys, exploratory drilling, and infrastructure construction. Bioforce has engaged Ryder Scott, an independent petroleum engineering firm, to advise on potential development and reserve evaluations. This acquisition represents the first step in BFNH's strategic shift from vitamin supplements to oil and gas exploration and production.
