Belden Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of RUCKUS Networks from Vistance Networks for approximately $1.87 billion in cash. This acquisition combines Belden's specialty networking solutions with RUCKUS' intelligent network solutions, including Wi-Fi, enterprise switching, and AI-driven network management. The combined entity aims to be a preeminent provider of complete, end-to-end IT/OT networking solutions for enterprise and industrial customers. The acquisition is expected to materially expand the combined organization's addressable market and enhance Belden's financial profile. Belden has also entered into a $1.85 billion senior secured term loan credit facility to help fund the acquisition, with a maturity date of July 1, 2033.
