BayCom Corp (BCML) announced the appointment of Michael J. Perdue as a new member of its Board of Directors. The appointment is effective as of April 22, 2026. Mr. Perdue will serve on the Compensation Committee and the Nominating Committee. The company expects Mr. Perdue to also join the Board of Directors of its subsidiary, United Business Bank.
