Douglas Swirsky has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting officer of Barinthus Biotherapeutics. The appointment is effective as of May 1, 2026. The company entered into a master services agreement (MSA) with Grand Strand BioAdvisors LLC, where Mr. Swirsky serves as a Managing Member. Under the MSA, the company will pay a fee of $20,000 per month for Mr. Swirsky's services.
