Stephen Milligan will not stand for re-election to the Autodesk Board of Directors at the 2026 Annual Meeting. Omar Abbosh, current CEO of Pearson, has been nominated as a new independent director. The Board will maintain a size of 11 directors, with 10 remaining independent following the transition. Milligan will continue his service until the conclusion of his current term.
