Sonalee Parekh resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Asana, Inc., effective March 23, 2026. Aziz Megji, currently Asana's Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 24, 2026. Mr. Megji, 44, has been with Asana since December 2024, leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. His prior experience includes senior finance leadership roles at RingCentral, Nvidia Corporation, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company. Mr. Megji's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $600,000, an annual target bonus of 35% of his base salary, and equity grants totaling $6,000,000 in target value ($4,200,000 in RSUs and $1,800,000 in PSUs).
