ArrowMark Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: BANX) has announced changes to its executive officer positions. Patrick Farrell has retired as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective June 30, 2026. Katherine Jones has been appointed as the new CFO, effective June 30, 2026. Dana Staggs has resigned as President of the Company, effective August 2, 2026. Katherine Jones has been a member of the ArrowMark Financial team since 2019 and is expected to receive no compensation for her CFO role. The company expressed gratitude for the contributions of both Mr. Farrell and Ms. Staggs.
