Ardent Health, Inc. (the Company) announced that Ethan Chernin would no longer serve as President, Hospital Services, effective March 24, 2026. Mr. Chernin's departure was treated as a Qualifying Termination under the Company's Executive Severance Plan. He is entitled to receive severance and related benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Severance Plan.
