Nick L. Stanage has been appointed as a Class III Director to the AMETEK, Inc. Board of Directors, effective May 7, 2026. Mr. Stanage will serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting. Compensation for the new director includes an annual basic retainer of $120,000 and an annual equity award with a target value of $210,000, both pro-rated for 2026. Mr. Stanage brings extensive industrial leadership experience, having previously served as Chairman and CEO of Hexcel Corporation.
