The Compensation and Human Capital Committee of American Tower Corporation's Board of Directors approved the 2026 base salaries and cash bonus incentive targets for its executive officers. Steven O. Vondran, President and Chief Executive Officer, will receive a 2026 base salary of $1,000,000 with a target cash bonus potential of 200% ($2,000,000). Rodney M. Smith, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will receive a 2026 base salary of $706,200 with a target cash bonus potential of 125% ($882,750). Eugene M. Noel, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will receive a 2026 base salary of $693,000 with a target cash bonus potential of 125% ($866,250). Ruth T. Dowling, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary, will receive a 2026 base salary of $620,000 with a target cash bonus potential of 125% ($775,000). Richard R. Rossi, Executive Vice President, U.S. Tower, will receive a 2026 base salary of $605,000 with a target cash bonus potential of 125% ($756,250). Annual cash bonus incentive payments are determined based on the achievement of pre-established Company financial goals and individual goals and objectives. The annual cash bonus incentive can be increased up to a maximum of 200% of the executive's bonus target if company or individual goals are exceeded. Olivier Puech, the Company's former Executive Vice President and President, International, retired effective January 2, 2026, and is not included in the current executive compensation list.
