The Board of Directors of Dauch Corporation approved the termination of Tolga Oal, President of Axle Systems, on April 13, 2026. The termination of employment is effective as of April 16, 2026. Mr. Oal is entitled to severance benefits under the company's existing Amended and Restated Executive Officer Severance Plan.
