Alight, Inc. has agreed to allow Mr. Giometti to retain a $190,000 retention bonus payment made in 2025, which he would otherwise have been required to repay if he left prior to June 30, 2026. Mr. Giometti's decision to leave was not due to any dispute or disagreement with the company regarding accounting practices or financial reporting.
